3 course meal
consist of- Cauliflower soup for first course,2nd course is Lamb rack and third course is diplomate pudding.

first menu..i think its chicken with gratin potato,glaze carrot and shallots,oven bake dry tomato,garlic confit,deep fried leek and chicken jus..
