3 course meal
consist of- Cauliflower soup for first course,2nd course is Lamb rack and third course is diplomate pudding.

first menu..i think its chicken with gratin potato,glaze carrot and shallots,oven bake dry tomato,garlic confit,deep fried leek and chicken jus..

Was so sry due to busy-ness and some delay..i was unable to post all my dishes ASAP.so now im trying my best to upload as much as possible

celeriac salad with pineaple n tomato salsa serve wif saute prawns and hollandaise sauce..

The main course- Pan fried marinate sea bass serve wif fish mousse and omelette,garnish wif deep fried leek and mash carrot as well as top up wif white wine sauce.

ok..here is my mango chill cheese cake..looks nice huh...

My artistic class did not went well since i do not hv tat artistic in me..lolx...piping rose...tat is wad i did...

4th week of kitchen class

Well,i was totally motivated to work tis week..I found out certains things sometimes do nid big motivation to do.Last week i was totally unmotivated,i don even knw wad is wrong myself..so i did took my rest,go n have a walk.Chat wif some chef n finally come out tat sometimes talking to ppl wil motivated ur passion of cooking bac.

So as wad i did..tis week i did TIRAMISU!!for pastry..n for hot kitchen..i did chicken omelette serve wif pineapple salsa n mix lettuce wif vinaigrette which is for starter

AND of course my main course would me lamb rack serve wif eggplant caviar n oven roast pumpkin plus celeriac mash potato, garnish wif parsley green oil and of course red wine reduction jus..

UNfortunately i did not took my tiramisu pic n my starter bcoz i am too busy cooking tat time..the time organization quite important as v nid to send da food to our chef in such a fast condition where our food must b hot..so as i was rushing i cant took my first dish pic..

WAD I MANAGE TO DO WAS ONLI took da MAIN COURSE pic..so have fun for now..

Kinda busy after back to college...DO not hv much time in front of the computer

lol..first time take competition which the request of the competition is use 60% of potato product in 1 dish...

well..gonna try tat..c if i can go through the 2nd round or nt..

Alright,its da 2nd day of college n im thinking bac to write into the blog..feels like updating several new pictures of wad i did inside my class..Nt to say tis is perfect creation but something to experience since it comes to another level of education..well nt to mention tis idea of cooking was theoratically taught..so i did manage to come out something like tis..i did not much follow most of my fiche technique bcoz i found some menu is too boring so i did something more challenging n creative...

main course dish-main ingredient was sea bass.

from top view.so its papilotte fish with fish mousse serve with spanish omelet(tortilla) and cabbage as well as carrot puree n maltaise.

THEN came into bread making section..BREAD BASKET

Hmm..3 months of training juz ended on da 21st of june..Honestly,this is da best restaurant to train bcoz of the pace on every weekend as well as public holiday.I had the difficulty for da first n two weeks bcoz i could nt catch up wif the speed of the restaurant.Hence after several weeks have past,im catching their pace.Well,did learn a lot of doing sauce n marination of meat as well as dressing of salads..besides cooking techniques bcame 1 of our learning process as well.PICTURES to enjoY!!

Alright,what a day for yesterday.A big spender for almost 5 ppl.Well,the day starts when most of us feels like watching transformer.Unfortunately the movie is extremely famous until me and yang had no idea to do as v try many ways to juz on9 book n even buy the ticket.I was like,how the hell on earth people had so much time rather than working.lol.So what to do,12.30pm i went to fetch every1 n started our half day journey around 1pm to reach KL.Then around 2pm plus went to fetch our beloved super korean fan Miss Y.S.L...LOL!!..

After that,straight away went to TS to check available tickets.Oh CMON!!..those ppl like A LOT..Wad day it was..?i had no idea..well luckily v stil able to catch wif the chinese movie..should say NT BAD..at least wont bored to die..Next station..OLD TOWN CAFE pula..juz to spend da time b4 watching movie..

Alright..next station MOVIE la..spend da few hours for 1 of a kind movie which i can say..(boleh tahan to waste time)..finish movie jor every1 quite hungry..then 55 cari makan la..apa tunggu..straight away drive to sri hartamas n find DAORAE!!!..here are the pictures..

Black forest with chocolate mousse cake

Well,since morning receive a very disturbing msg to help to bake a cake.The whole day 2day i hv been planning to do a very good cake.So my day started by having a good breakfast wif old frens at medan selera taking nasi lemak.Then after having such delicacy malaysian breakfast v plan on to fetch our beloved shanz bac from her KKB skul.So 2day v kinda lucky the ytd as 2day v manage to fetch her during her half way walk from skul,v manage to stop n then she came to my car.Then along driving by the skul area saw 1 more hometown fren which is our S.Xiang.Hence,later on v juz drove bac to TM n half way through,i cal shan to take in charge to drive my nissan.Well,nt bad for the first timer like her as she did quite well in driving MANUAL cars..lolx.After that,my whole evening has started with the baking of such art.

Been thinking hard on how to plan the whole thing out.Since no plan came through my mind.I juz started to do the genoise first.Next onli did the mousse n finally the topping n last but nt least the decoration of da cake.It took me several hours since im nt familiar in baking cakes nor baking other pastry stuff..Well tat's it for 2day n wil try to post the pic sooner or later.ciaozz
