Randoms during da training at ELCERDO.

Hmm..3 months of training juz ended on da 21st of june..Honestly,this is da best restaurant to train bcoz of the pace on every weekend as well as public holiday.I had the difficulty for da first n two weeks bcoz i could nt catch up wif the speed of the restaurant.Hence after several weeks have past,im catching their pace.Well,did learn a lot of doing sauce n marination of meat as well as dressing of salads..besides cooking techniques bcame 1 of our learning process as well.PICTURES to enjoY!!

Lunch buffet should look like tis.Considering of cold cuts,fruits,dressings and
light appetizers

Half piglet,Different version from chinese piglet.This piglet has a more crispy
skin comparing to the chinese version as well as this spanish version of piglet
contains more meat to eat rather than chinese version.1 word to describe
SUPERB SKILL TO DO!!..



Well,one of the best food around town,IBERICO RIBS..
Once of the most recommended food in ELCERDO
The taste of the ribs is magnificient.Contains a lot of expensive air flown
herbs plus the ribs are also air flown.Rating for this ribs..7/10..
